Refund policy

Here at Kiss Anime OZ, we want your shopping experience to be the best it can be. However, we realize that a small percentage of our customers may occasionally wish to return merchandise for a refund. The following explains our refund and return polices for the various merchandise and services that we offer:

• Please contact us within 7 days after you have received your parcel.
• Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your package.
• The product must be in its original packaging and condition upon return.
• You have the option to exchange the product for other items of the same value or receive store credit to the value of the returned product/s.
• We do not offer refunds if you simply changed your mind.
• To prevent misuse of our policy, we only accept returns / exchanges for costumes if the costume returns are made within 7 days after you have received it.

The following items are non-refundable:

• Returns received in damaged, worn or used condition.
• Free gifts

Body Pillows:

• We do not provide refund or exchange for body pillows, therefore, please choose the designs carefully. 

Pre-Order Items:

• We do not provide refund or exchange for pre-order items.

Anime Mystery Box:

• We do not provide refund or exchange for mystery box items.

Trading Card Game (TCG) / Collection Card

• We do not provide refund or exchange for TCG/Collection Card items.
