Shipping Terms

l   We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays) once full payment has been cleared. 

l   Direct bank transfer payment may take up to 2 business days to show up in our account. 

l   Please be aware that shipping may be delayed by up to 3 business days for items that are on back-order.

l   Due to temporary stock shortages or other reasons including issues such as out of date information on the website, we may not be able to supply the item on time. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible.

l   You will be notified via email if your shipment will be delayed as part of the order confirmation email.

l   You may cancel your order if the shipment is going to be delayed for longer than 3 days.

Outside Brisbane - Shipping cost not included. Shipping to be arranged. Please contact us before purchase.

 

Delivery Options

l   All standard-size orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.

l   Express Post option is available upon request.

l   Extra postage charges may apply if you request separate shipments.

 

Typical Delivery Time-frames Within Australia

l   Brisbane Metro: 1–2 working days

l   Sydney, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Melbourne Metro: 2–3 working days

l   Rest of Australia: 3–7 working days

Please note: These time-frames are based on our experience and are provided as guidelines only. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak or festive seasons.

 

 

Pick up in-store

Orders will be held for 2 weeks; any time after that it will be cancelled if not pre-paid in advance.

 

International Shipping Rates
